Can Clients View Their Physical Measurement History?
Purpose
This article explains how clients can access their past physical measurements and view progress over time using the Shae web app.
Before You Start
Measurement history is only available via the Shae web app.
The mobile app does not currently support full measurement tracking.
Clients will need to log in via a browser on a mobile device, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
Step 1 — Guide Clients to the Web App
Direct clients to:https://app.ph360.me/track
Ask them to log in using their Shae account credentials.
In the top navigation bar, click on Track.
They will see a timeline of their measurement history and any updates they’ve made.
Step 2 — What Clients Will See
A visual timeline of all previous measurement entries.
Insights into changes and progress over time.
Data from manual updates or new assessments.
Important Rule
Do not direct clients to the mobile app for this feature—it is not available in the mobile version of Shae.
Step 3 — What the Mobile App Displays Instead
The Shae mobile app includes mobile-focused features like:
Wearables data integration
Food Diary
Journaling tools
Measurement tracking must be done through the web version.
